Who’s In Golf keeps your golf crew on the same page — set up rounds, see who’s playing, build the foursomes, and keep score, all in one app.
Instead of chasing RSVPs in a text thread and sorting groups in the parking lot, Who’s In Golf puts it all in one place: who’s playing, who’s paired with whom, and how everyone scored — live, as the round happens.
The same group that plays most weekends and just wants to know who’s in.
Line up the tee time, sort the pairings, and keep score without the group text.
Run recurring rounds, track results, and keep everyone on the same page.
Keep your regular crew together. Admins add and manage members so the right people see each round.
Mark yourself IN or OUT for a round. Organizers get a live count of who’s coming.
Shuffle players into groups automatically, or set the pairings by hand — your call.
Enter scores hole by hole. Totals and the leaderboard update live as the round unfolds.
Enter your number and that’s the strokes you get — the app shows exactly which holes they land on.
Add some friendly competition to your round with built-in game formats — the scoring’s handled for you.
Bring someone without an account? Add them as a guest for a single round — they’re fully in the scoring.
Get a nudge for new rounds, set foursomes, RSVP reminders, and round results — each one opt-out.
See your scoring average, best rounds, handicap trend, and a breakdown from birdies to doubles.
A few screens from the app — from the home view to the live scorecard.
Here’s the flow from the day you’re added to a group through reviewing the round afterward.
A group admin or owner adds you by searching your name or email. Once you’re added, the group shows up under My Groups when you sign in.
Not in a group yet? Ask an admin to add you.On the Account tab, add your name and phone — it saves automatically.
Open an upcoming round and tap IN or OUT. The organizer sees the count update, so they know who to expect.
The organizer builds the groups — either an auto-shuffle or set by hand. Once they’re posted, open the round to see who you’re playing with.
Open your group’s scorecard and enter each hole. Totals update live. By default your foursome sees only its own scores until the round is finished.
Handicaps & games are handled for you. When play is done the organizer taps Finish Round. That locks scoring and reveals every group’s scores, so everyone can see the full results.
Every completed round lands under Past Rounds on your Account tab — across all your groups, newest first.
Right now, a group admin or owner adds you by searching your name or email — there’s no self-serve join code yet. Once you’re added, the group appears under My Groups.
Whatever number you enter is the number of strokes you receive — enter 15 and you get 15 strokes, allocated to the hardest holes first. The app shows a dot on each hole where you get a stroke.
A guest won’t have access to the app itself unless they create their own account. But someone in the group can add a guest to a round, so the games and scoring can continue with everyone included — the guest is part of the foursomes and the scorecard without needing the app.
Each foursome sees only its own scores while the round is in progress. The organizer can turn on live sharing for a round, and once the round is finished all scores are revealed.
You can get notified about new rounds, foursomes being set, RSVP reminders, and when a round is complete. Every type can be switched off individually in Notification settings.
Yes, from the Account tab. One thing to know: if you own a group that still has other members, you’ll transfer ownership first so the group isn’t left without an owner.
