Terms of Use for Who's In Golf

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Who's In Golf ("the App," "we," "us"), a golf group coordination app. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your Account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Using the App
Who's In Golf lets you create and join golf groups, organize rounds and events, respond to invitations, generate foursomes, and record scores, handicaps, and game results. You may use the App only for these purposes and in a lawful manner.
You agree not to:
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other members
- Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to access accounts, groups, or data that are not yours
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its underlying services
- Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us
Groups and Shared Content
The App is designed for group coordination. Information you add — including your name, contact details (if provided), RSVPs, notes, and scores — is visible to other members of the golf groups you join. You are responsible for the content you enter and for how you interact with your groups. Group administrators can manage membership and the events within their groups.
No Wagering or Gambling
The App's game formats and scoring are provided for recreational and record-keeping purposes only. The App does not facilitate betting, wagering, or the settlement or transfer of money between players. Any private arrangements between players are solely their own responsibility and are not part of, endorsed by, or handled through the App.
Guest Players
Group members may add guest players to a round. If you add a guest, you are responsible for entering their information appropriately and for having any permission needed to include their name and scores. Guests do not have accounts and are associated only with the specific round to which they are added.
Termination and Account Deletion
You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your account directly within the App, from the Account screen. Account deletion is described further in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm other users or the service.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, handicaps, or other calculations will be free of errors. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, to use the App.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on Google Firebase for data storage and push notifications. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of those underlying services where applicable.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
